Starfruit and Cucumber to Reduce High Blood Pressure / Cholesterol
Starfruit and Cucumber actually beneficial to reduce high blood pressure / cholesterol . However, because it is very acidic, preferably eaten at night when the stomach is full. It's very risky in the morning , because the stomach is empty and could cause the ulcer disease .
To lower cholesterol / high blood pressure, eat the starfruit just 1 piece per day . It can be sliced and eaten raw. But it feels very acidic. You could reduce the acidity by boiling the starfruit in a glass of water.
You could eat slice and eat the starfruit with rice . It can also be mixed with hot sauce if you have a strong stomach . You could drink the water.

Utah: Giving Homes for the Homeless People
While other states in US criminalized the homeless people by arresting people who sleep in public places, banning the feeding of homeless people, Utah takes a very good step: giving people homes with no strings attached...
In eight years, Utah has quietly reduced homelessness by 78 percent, and is on track to end homelessness by 2015.
How did Utah accomplish this? Simple. Utah solved homelessness by giving people homes. In 2005, Utah figured out that the annual cost of E.R. visits and jail stays for homeless people was about $16,670 per person, compared to $11,000 to provide each homeless person with an apartment and a social worker. So, the state began giving away apartments, with no strings attached. Each participant in Utah’s Housing First program also gets a caseworker to help them become self-sufficient, but they keep the apartment even if they fail. The program has been so successful that other states are hoping to achieve similar results with programs modeled on Utah’s.
