Obtaining IP Address Problem in Android 4.2.1

I have "Obtaining IP Address Problem in Android 4.2.1". There is an endless loop with final message "avoiding poor internet connection" though the wi fi signal is excellent!
Well, I solved the problem by changing dhcp into fix ip. I change the IP to 192.168.1.55. Of course the setting maybe differ with your network.
In the WLAN setting, we clik the wi fi SSID, Modify Network, Show Advance, then change the DHCP into fixed IP.
I didn't fill the gateway and DNS because it's already filled up:
gateway: 192.168.1.1
DNS1:8.8.8.8
DNS2:8.8.8.4

    To resolve ip address problem, contact your ISP . After fixing your ip address conflict, you can check your ip address by using Ip-details.com

    I fixed obtaining ip address error by assigning ip settings to static.
