The characteristics of a true Muslim just like the word of God below: loving fellow Muslims and harsh against the unbelievers (that wage war against us - not the peaceful one*).
What about the opposite? Hard against the Muslims as infidel, insulting, and kill the Muslims but passionate against the infidels like Israel?
Calling "Jihad" to kill fellow Muslims in the Muslim countries, but against Israel is like a helpless gutless?
Hopefully we can all get the guidance from God and not go astray.
“Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah ; and those with him are forceful against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and prostrating [in prayer], seeking bounty from Allah and [His] pleasure. Their mark is on their faces from the trace of prostration. That is their description in the Torah. And their description in the Gospel is as a plant which produces its offshoots and strengthens them so they grow firm and stand upon their stalks, delighting the sowers - so that Allah may enrage by them the disbelievers. Allah has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds among them forgiveness and a great reward.” [Al Fath 29]
“O you who have believed, whoever of you should revert from his religion - Allah will bring forth [in place of them] a people He will love and who will love Him [who are] humble toward the believers, powerful against the disbelievers; they strive in the cause of Allah and do not fear the blame of a critic. That is the favor of Allah ; He bestows it upon whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing..” [Al Maa-idah 54]

In Islam it is forbidden to attack the peaceful people including the unbelievers. War is just for defense only
