Video students in Semarang city rejecting Indonesia President Joko Widodo for raising the fuel price into Rp 8500/ltr (US$ 2.7/gallon). It is about the same price in Gulf Coast USA while minimum wage in Indonesia is only US$ 200/month (US$1/hour) while in USA around US$ 8.25/hour.
While at least 2 elderly died for queueing to get the government's aid, money amounting to rp 200,000 / month (US$ 18/month)
