How to Become Taller


Become a tall man or tall woman is depend on several factor such as genetic, food, and the way of your living.
If you are a China or Japan, it's hard for you to become as tall as the European or Sudan people. Maybe there is a few tall man there. But not much.
But you can be taller as long you are still in growing process. Your age is 23 years old or less.
To become taller, you could do these steps:
1. Sun bathing between 6:30 to 7:30 in the morning for 1 hour
2. Do jogging and swimming regularly at leas 2 times a week. If you run, your feet is in tip toe position. Do it for 30-60 minutes in the morning. It will be good if you get a sunshine.
3. Drink milk in the morning and in the afternoon
4. Don't lift heavy things. It will slowing your grow process.
5. If you do an exercise, just do it without  burden such as barbell or dumbbell. Just do sit up, push up, and chin up or pull up 
6. You should have enough and balanced food to grow. Rice or Wheat, Fish, Egg, meat, vegetables, fruits, milk, and honey should be on your menu. Eat 3 times a day.
7. Maintain ideal weight. It should be around your height-100. E.g. if your height is 170 cm, your weight should be 170-100 = 70 kg.
8. Avoid a very cold condition such as take a bath in the night or dawn.
