Daily Herbs to Keep Our Health

These are the Daily Herbs to Keep Our Health. 
The first one is Honey.
In the Quran, Allah, mentioned Honey is a medicine. Honey gives us strength so we could be more immune to any disease.
The best one is natural honey where the bees eat freely from many flowers.
The second is Dates, especially Ajwa Dates. A small black dates that planted by Prophet Muhammad.
Dates are common food for the Arabs. So it could give you energy to live your life.
Eat 7 dates in the morning. 
The third is the Black Seeds. Especially the Black Seeds oil. Prophet Muhammad said Black Seeds are the medicine for all disease except death. Muhammad is not an MLM salesman. He was just a consumer. So we should believe him.
