Google AdWords Good, but Bad Payment Methode

Google AdWords is very good. Very interesting. I want to use it. But the problem is the Bad Payment Methode. It only receive Credit Card such as Visa. Most Indonesians don't have any credit card. Instead they use Indonesian Bank such as BCA or Paypal.

So why don't Google use BCA Bank or Paypal as the Payment methode?

It will make more people using AdWords since we have to pay annually Rp 75,000 to have a credit card such as Visa.

The same thing happen to Facebook. I am no longer use their ads since they erase Paypal as the payment methode. And I still don't have credit card such as Visa or Master Card.
